Maintenance Specialist (M/F)

Location: Vernand, Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne

Your Mission ##

Reporting to the Buildings and Infrastructure Manager, you organize, intervene, and coordinate the preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance of the buildings and technical installations of the Foundation. You ensure their availability, safety, compliance, and sustainability across all our sites.

Main tasks ##

• Multisite maintenance (Vaud): Plan, intervene, and monitor preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance operations of buildings and technical installations.
• Management of interventions: Receive, analyze, prioritize, and plan requests according to their criticality, safety issues, and impacts on operations.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Identify faults, carry out interventions, and mandate the necessary specialists. Follow tickets, deadlines, costs, reports, and corrective actions until their documented closure.
• CMMS and traceability: Guarantee data quality and the tracking of tickets, histories, technical documents, and dashboards.
• Service providers and works: Coordinate external companies, maintenance contracts, mandatory inspections, compliance updates, as well as small works and redevelopments.
• Collaboration: Organize work and interventions related to maintenance and collaborate with internal and external services.

Your profile ##

• CFC in a technical field of building or maintenance, or training deemed equivalent; higher training as a maintenance technician is an asset.
• Confirmed experience in the maintenance of buildings and technical installations, ideally in an industrial and multisite environment.
• Good general knowledge in HVAC, sanitary, fire safety, and building envelope.
• Experience in the organization of work and interventions.
• Good mastery of Microsoft 365 tools, knowledge of a CMMS software is an asset
• Autonomy, sense of priorities, administrative rigor, ability to manage emergencies, and occasional availability outside of usual hours.
• Category B driving license and mobility between sites
