For one of our clients, a company active in the field of home care, we are looking for a Payroll Accountant as part of the creation of a new position.
Your tasks at your new employer
Enter accounting transactions and control entries
Take charge of complete payroll management
Administer the different aspects related to payroll management
Control social security contributions and ensure compliance with Swiss legal obligations
Contribute to the maintenance of day-to-day accounting
Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of accounting and payroll data
Respond to requests from various internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with them on accounting and administrative matters
You offer your new employer
You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management in Switzerland
You perfectly master payroll processes as well as the specificities of Swiss social security contributions
You have solid experience in accounting entry
You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy and your sense of organization
You demonstrate discretion and attach particular importance to confidentiality
You enjoy working in a human-sized structure and interacting with various stakeholders
