Lucerne Festival is characterized by innovative programming, the presentation of world-famous orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music and the promotion of young artists. We would like to fill the following position as of 1. September 2026 or by arrangement with a committed and organizationally strong personality: Employee Sponsoring and Fundraising 100% Tasks Support of existing and acquisition of new partners – focus on foundations and corporate partners Preparation of foundation applications and project descriptions in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, incl. financing concept Implementation of funding services and partner projects Organization of own events as well as advising our partners at their events and activities Creation of reportings, final reports and presentations Support in the development and evaluation of sponsoring offers Administrative activities such as mailings, accounting, data maintenance, proofreading, website maintenance Profile Completed education and several years of professional experience in a comparable position Affinity for fundraising and knowledge of the foundation landscape desirable Service-oriented team player with enjoyment in interface management and a high sense of responsibility Independent, structured and careful way of working Excellent editorial skills as well as high oral and written fluency in German; very good English skills Confident in dealing with a wide variety of partners, including a high awareness of quality and target-group-oriented communication You are available flexibly for all four festivals, especially during the festival in August and September.
