 What you do with us • You accompany digital editions (apps, web solutions, CMS) from planning to release and are responsible for the quality assurance of the final product and its further development. • You are the internal and external contact person for questions regarding the digital implementation of teaching and learning media. Project management is not a foreign word to you. • You coordinate the entire production process and prepare data for digital output channels, including data formatting in common programs. • You are responsible for ensuring that the digital teaching and learning media are barrier-free. • You work closely with external developers and together you develop solutions for specific conversion implementations.  What you bring • You have completed vocational training as a mediamatiker*in or have equivalent training and have solid knowledge of common media processing programs. • You have experience with digital publication forms (app, web) and their workflows, are familiar with new media and technologies such as CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Python, and XML. • You have an interest in or already experience with content management systems and understand their functionality and structure. • AI is not a foreign word to you and your prompts make sense and support you in your work. • You want to get to know and understand the publishing industry, see mistakes as sources of learning, and are happy to face new challenges. • Technical know-how in building classic book layouts is an advantage. • You enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility together with your teammates. • You are rather driven than intimidated by occasional stress, can recognize priorities well, and have learned to assess which workload is relatively appropriate when. • You enjoy working independently, are flexible, and are also willing to understand complex relationships and think in a networked way.  What we offer you • We offer comfortable working conditions in pleasant office space near the Bern train station. • Your workplace is equipped with the latest software and hardware, and home office is also a matter of course for us. • We are a self-organized, young, and creative team that motivates and approaches challenges in a solution-oriented manner. • We have an open ear for you, take your claims and concerns seriously, and seek solutions together with you.
