Social Media & Campaigns Manager 100% Head Office Zurich (m/f/d)

In this varied position, you will work with your colleagues as a member of the marketing team (comprising editorial content, e-commerce, social media, and graphic & design) and also interdisciplinarily with colleagues from the sales and communications departments as well as with the various hotels and our international agencies.

You are responsible for the development of the social media field and the elaboration as well as the execution of the social media strategy in order to decisively shape the digital identity of the Tschuggen Collection.

You cooperate with various people, within the team and the group, with experts throughout the company as well as with influencers and agencies, to guarantee the production and implementation of creative, high-quality, and engaging content.

? YOUR PROFILE

• Creative and innovative personality with experience in content creation (including video)
• Training or studies in marketing with a focus on social media / digital marketing or in media and communication sciences
• Several years of experience in online, digital, or content marketing
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant social media channels as well as the use of Facebook Business Manager
• Experience in influencer marketing as well as direct exchange with influencers
• Very good skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with social media tools
• Perfect command of German and fluent English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good time management
• Experience with head office structures and matrix organizations
• Ability to manage different interest groups

? YOUR TASKS

• Ensure a professional presence on all social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Staging and presentation of the hotels taking into account the CI/CD graphic charter as well as social media guidelines
• Elaboration and implementation of the social media strategy in collaboration with the marketing director
• Elaboration and implementation of campaigns (sponsored content) at the hotel and group level in collaboration with the marketing director and the digital agency
• Creation and management of campaign budgets and guaranteeing an efficient allocation of resources
• Monitoring and analysis of campaigns in collaboration with the digital agency
• Autonomous creation of innovative and high-quality content for social media based on strategic guidelines and the company vision (photo and video)
• Elaboration of monthly and annual plans (content planning) at the hotel and group level in connection with the editorial content and communications departments
• Community management for all channels of the various hotels and the group
• Planning and supervision of commissioned photo shoots and film shoots
• Elaboration and implementation of the influencer strategy and accompaniment of influencers on site
• Support to the graphics department in the creation of communication materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, sales materials, Christmas cards, etc.)
• Collaboration and management of external agencies
• Regular production of statistics and analyses
• Co-supervision of apprentices at the head office
• Replacement of head office colleagues in the marketing field
