Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 69’000 to CHF 69’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range.

Vacation

We send you on 6 weeks of vacation.

Training and Further Education

We support you with initial and further training, temporary job changes, and offer you advancement opportunities. We train and further educate drivers in our own training center.

What you can achieve.

• In the first four months, you will receive theoretical and practical driving instruction to optimally prepare you for the Category D exams. After successfully completed examination, we will introduce you as a driver on our lines.
• After that, you are ready to go and we offer you a permanent position.
• In everyday life, you will then bring our passengers safely and punctually to their destination from Monday to Sunday on our varied regional lines.
• You are a host in our PostAutos and advise our customers on fare and timetable questions.
• As a driver, you move much more than just your vehicle - on the road and in direct customer contact, you create positive experiences for our customers every day.

What you bring with you.

• You have a basic education and are ready to obtain the Category D driving license - we will cover the costs of the training!
• To obtain the Category D driving license, you bring the Category B driving license (min. 2 years) or C (min. 3 months) with you.
• Reliability is one of your strengths, and you appreciate the variety that irregular working hours (incl. Sundays and public holidays) bring.
• You have very good German language skills and are proficient in handling digital devices.
