Consultant Power BI / Microsoft Fabric

Participate in the migration of Tableau reports and environments to Power BI / Microsoft Fabric. Analyze the existing setup and contribute to the definition of migration strategies. Prioritize the use of Direct Lake to limit duplications and optimize performance. Use Import mode when technical constraints require an alternative approach. Design and evolve Power BI / Fabric semantic models. Work with existing SQL / Data Warehouse sources and environments. Guarantee the quality, performance, and maintainability of the developed solutions. Apply Git, versioning, CI/CD, and development management best practices. Contribute to the improvement of collaboration and governance practices within the team. Participate in the testing, validation, and production deployment phases. Gradually support the migration of different functional perimeters. Significant experience as a Data Analyst / Power BI Expert. Solid experience in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Very good mastery of semantic models and Power BI architecture. Concrete experience with Direct Lake and ideally migration scenarios to Fabric. Good knowledge of SQL / Data Warehouse. Mastery of Git and versioning best practices. Experience in environments where governance and collaboration challenges are important. Experience in Tableau → Power BI migration is a real asset. Ability to work autonomously in a complex context constrained by deadlines. Excellent professional posture, ability to communicate with different stakeholders and to work in a team. Confirmed level of expertise expected.
