We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.

The Audi Revolut F1® Team is the official factory team of Audi, which will participate in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team has three locations: The Power Unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Centre Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is constructed in the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, and racing operations are also managed from there; the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a base in the heart of the -Motorsport Valley-, with direct access to the best F1 talents and important strategic partners.

This position is located at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission ##

• Programming of workpieces using CAM software SolidCAM
• Setting up and monitoring the CNC turning machines Nakamura WT150, NTRX300 and DMG Mori NLX2000
• Conventional work in the Express department
• Programming and operating the shaft measuring machine Vicivision Prima 309
• Independent setup of the required tools and material
• Final inspection of the manufactured parts
• Maintenance of the machines in the Lathe and Express department

Your profile ##

• Completed apprenticeship as Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in operating CNC turning machines
• Independent programming at the machine (optimally Fanuc)
• Experience with external programming systems (optimally SolidCAM)
• Accustomed to working independently as well as flexibly and precisely
• Knowledge of Excel / Word
• Ability to work in a team and flexible
• Accustomed to working under pressure and helping out during peaks even outside of working hours
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
