As a member of the worldwide Camphill movement based on anthroposophy, Humanushaus offers a contemporary home to over 90 people with support needs. Residents engage in meaningful work in various workshops. A rich social and cultural life promotes individual development. Our carpentry workshop offers jobs for people with support needs in a diverse range of tasks. The socio-pedagogical support of the people requiring support is highly process- and team-oriented and requires a high degree of personal responsibility from the employees. To complement our team, we are looking for starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement: Carpenter EFZ 60% (m/f/d) Your tasks include: • Development and production of attractive, market-oriented quality products • Expert assistance in the daily work life of people with support needs • Carrying out tasks as a key person for the people being supported • Support in the training of apprentices What you bring: • completed training as a Carpenter EFZ • training/further education in the field of work pedagogy • experience regarding the support of people with support needs • a high degree of personal responsibility • you enjoy working in a team We offer contemporary employment conditions in a lively operation in a wonderful environment.
