Psychotherapist 80-100% The entero Klinik is a specialized addiction clinic of the Stiftung entero with three locations in the Canton of Aargau. At the Niederlenz location, we treat people with addiction disorders and frequent comorbidities (e.g., depressive disorders) as part of an elective service mandate of the Aargauer Spitalliste Psychiatrie – both inpatient and outpatient. A dedicated multiprofessional team from medical services, psychology, nursing, social counseling, and specialist therapies works closely and at eye level. To strengthen our psychological team, we are looking for a professionally independent personality with a federal advanced training title Psychotherapist 80-100% Your tasks Independent psychotherapeutic diagnostics and treatment of people with addiction disorders and mental comorbidities – in individual and group settings, inpatient and outpatient Application and further development of evidence-based methods (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention) Interdisciplinary treatment planning in the multiprofessional team as well as structured discharge and transition planning Professional guidance and supervision of psychologists in training and career starters Participation in quality assurance, concept development, and internal training Crisis intervention within the framework of the treatment setting What you bring with you Federally recognized advanced training title in psychotherapy according to the Psychology Professions Act (PsyG) – or a recognized foreign equivalent title. A specialist title in Clinical Psychology or in Neuropsychology is also welcome.
