Sales Consultant Swisscom Shop (m/f) 100%

For our long-term partners, we are looking for one or more Sales Consultants (Multimedia / Telecommunications / Consumer Electronics) 100% for the Bern Bahnhof location, effective immediately or by arrangement.

• Hourly wage of up to 33.44 CHF gross with a 42-hour week and commission

Your area of responsibility:

• Consultation and sale of services in the entire portfolio
• Assistance with store design and product presentation
• Enthuse customers and ensure best customer satisfaction
• Completion of special assignments according to the instructions of the shop manager
• Cash desk management

We expect:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Salesperson / Retail Specialist or comparable / Certificate of Proficiency / EFZ / EBA
• Experience in telecommunications / multimedia / consumer electronics
• Experience in customer service
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills
• Confident appearance
• Technical affinity
• High customer orientation
• Flexible
• Upon hiring, an extract from the criminal record must be presented, which is no older than 3 months and without entries
