Polygrapher / Media Specialist (80-100%) Your impact with us As part of our Marketing & Communication Team, you actively shape the visual appearance of Equans Switzerland. You ensure that our content – from internal communication measures to external campaigns – is implemented professionally, consistently and effectively. You build up internal design competence and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners Polygrapher / Media Specialist (80-100%) This is what you can achieve with us. Design & Layout (Daily Business) Creation and adaptation of layouts for internal and external communication media (presentations, flyers, brochures, newsletters, social media assets, advertisements) Ensuring consistent corporate design across all channels Preparation and visualization of content for management, projects and campaigns Support in the implementation of communication measures according to planning Quality assurance of pre-press and close collaboration with print partners Content Creation (Digital & Moving Image) Creation of visual content (image, graphics, simple video formats) Independent conception and production of social media content Support in photo and video productions as well as post-production Preparation of content for website, social media and intranet Further development of visual formats for storytelling (e.g. project and people stories) Collaboration & Processes Collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Communication, HR, Sales) Coordination and occasional control of external agencies Participation in the further development of efficient MarCom processes and templates Support in building a structured content pipeline and editorial planning This is what you're made of. Professional Training as a polygrapher EFZ, media specialist EFZ or equivalent Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ideally Premiere/After Effects) Experience in handling digital channels - website (CMS - preferably Drupal), social media - LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta channels, intranet Experience with AI-based image generation Ideally agency experience or experience in a dynamic corporate environment Experience in pre-press and printing process Advantage: good knowledge of Office programs (Word/PP) Personal Creative personality with pronounced design flair High degree of independence and structured way of working Digitally affine and interested in new tools and trends Active handling of AI tools and new digital formats (text, image, video) Sense of brand impact, storytelling and visual communication Team player with pragmatic hands-on mentality Languages German fluent English good in word French/Italian an advantage This is what we offer you.
