Public Procurement Buyer

Apply About the role ## As a Public Procurement Buyer, you will support internal teams in their purchasing and manage calls for tenders in compliance with Swiss regulations. You will follow files from A to Z: from the identification of the need to the choice of the supplier. You will work in connection with various interlocutors and contribute to the smooth running of important projects for the canton of Genève. Tasks ## Complete management of the life cycle of public calls for tenders, from the definition of the need to the award and contracting. • Manage public procurement procedures in compliance with the AIMP. • Support internal teams in defining their needs. • Prepare tender documents. • Conduct market research and identify suitable suppliers. • Ensure the monitoring of the various stages of the calls for tenders. • Analyze received offers and participate in the selection of suppliers. • Participate in negotiations and the implementation of contracts. We are looking for ## • Initial experience as a public procurement buyer. • Good knowledge of the AIMP. • Good analytical and writing skills. • Excellent command of French. • Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
