Then you are exactly right with us! * You independently process accident insurance cases according to UVG. Depending on your previous experience, you will also gradually take on more demanding files and expand your decision-making competence. * You carry out investigations, obtain the necessary documents and decide on the granting or rejection of daily allowances, medical costs and other insurance benefits. * You examine medical reports and invoices with regard to the insurance law obligation to provide benefits and arrange supplementary investigations if necessary. * You are in daily exchange with the insured, employers, doctors, therapists, lawyers and social insurance institutions. * Active participation in efficient, customer-oriented and high-quality case management. * No case is like the other: a varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility and exciting challenges awaits you. What you bring with you * A commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in processing benefit cases according to UVG is an advantage. * You have proficient German language skills in speaking and writing and can also communicate well in French. * Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and working out solutions independently. * A structured, reliable and careful way of working. * Good analytical skills as well as the ability to assess even complex situations in a comprehensible manner. * Motivation to continuously develop yourself and learn new things. * Team spirit, initiative and a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills as well as the ability to build trusting relationships even in demanding situations.
