Project Manager M/F # Company Description ## On behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing Swiss SME active in the design, conception, and realization of custom stands and event spaces (trade fairs, exhibitions, retail), we are looking for a permanent position: a Project Manager Job Description ## As a project manager you: • Participate in the management of stand and event space projects (brief analysis, preparation of offers, planning and coordination) • Coordinate the various stakeholders (workshop, suppliers, partners) and guarantee the smooth flow of information • Ensure project follow-up (deadlines, quality, budget) as well as support for client relations and on-site installation phases Profile sought ## We expect from our project manager a: • Training or basics in project management with 2 to 3 years of experience in Switzerland in the field of carpentry, stands, or fitting • Good technical understanding (reading plans, materials, supplier coordination) and mastery of office tools • Organization, rigor and sense of service, with a good capacity for communication and coordination
