What you will be doing You will care for and accompany our customers throughout the entire training process, create training plans, and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider. You will support the management in ensuring personnel and operational processes. You will ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio. You will actively acquire future customers, create contracts, and take on various administrative tasks. You will implement the company strategy and represent the company internally and externally. What you bring Education: Completed basic or further training. Field of study: Training as a fitness instructor (federal certificate or equivalent) with a valid BLS/AED certificate. Professional experience: Several years of experience as a fitness instructor. You have a sales flair as well as high service and consulting competence. You are flexible and work gladly in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays. You have an above-average understanding of service and a winning personality.
