Description ###

For our customer, based in Thayngen, we are looking for a Plant Operator (m/f) starting immediately. The position is a direct permanent employment with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your activities ###

Setting up and operating fully automatic hydraulic uniaxial presses, including handling systems and connection to a high-bay warehouse
Setting up and operating gas and electric furnaces
Order-related raw material handling
Quality assurance in production via worker self-inspection according to specifications
Independent tool change and cleaning
Independent corrections for quality assurance
Machine maintenance and cleaning according to maintenance plan and on instruction
Registration and filing of programs and protocols in the file system
Operating the fully automatic warehouse and troubleshooting, corrective measures with external partners
Requesting special releases for raw materials
Support in other production areas and assistance in projects

Your profile ###

Completed technical training in the industrial, production, or mechanical sector
Experience in setting up and operating machines and automated systems (ideally presses or furnaces)
Good technical understanding as well as confident handling of tool changes and machine installations
High quality orientation and experience in worker self-inspection
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working
Willingness to support in other production areas and in projects
Willingness for on-call and flexible working hours in the event of malfunctions
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and resilience in production environments

Knowledge ###

Good knowledge in handling digital systems (programs, data systems, warehouse variants)
Good knowledge in the processing of ceramics as well as furnace programming and controls
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
