The Quality Assurance and Quality Management department makes a decisive contribution to food safety and ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards. Quality assurance ensures compliance with legal requirements, customer requirements, as well as relevant label and quality standards. In close cooperation with production, purchasing, development, and other specialist departments, the team actively contributes to the continuous improvement of our processes and products.

Your main tasks

• Support in the implementation of legal requirements, the GFSI standard, as well as customer specifications and label guidelines
• Conducting site tours and internal audits
• Initiating measures in the event of various deviations
• Carrying out verifications and validations
• Carrying out training on various topics
• Member of HACCP team
• Testing equipment management
• Support with hygiene monitoring
• Participation and planning of tastings
• Processing customer complaints
• Updating and adapting ISO documents
• Creating supplier complaints
• Support and collaboration on various projects
• Creating declarations
• Recording SAP master data, checking press proofs, checking and creating specifications

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of food sciences FH/ETH or similar
• Independent and exact way of working, high sense of responsibility
• Open-minded, team-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Resilient and good assertiveness, quick comprehension
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other language skills (E/I/F) are an advantage
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
