Your mission Actively assist our Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Assist our customers in defining their needs and advise them on the best solution. Prepare offers and orders. Product research (Hardware and Software). Negotiate and optimize conditions with our partners (manufacturers/publishers) distributors (discounts, special conditions, ...). Handle administrative follow-up (delivery, invoicing, etc.). Your profile You benefit from administrative or commercial training and a few years of experience in the IT field. You possess very good skills for organizational, administrative, planning and coordination tasks. Your professional experience makes you comfortable in customer relations, particularly by email and telephone. You use Microsoft Office tools and ERP (Navision) with ease. You master the French and English languages, knowledge of German would be an additional asset. You like working in "multi-tasking" mode in a team and also independently.
