Tasks:

• You share responsibility for assortment design and optimization to offer customers suitable and convincing solutions
• You analyze market and customer needs and contribute ideas for new products, adjustments or improvements
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Warehouse so that ideas are implemented
• For specific customer inquiries, you are the contact person, create offers and advise on the product assortment
• Depending on experience and the induction phase, you are also directly involved in customer consulting; telephone customer contact helps you to get to know the customers, products and processes quickly and in a practical way
• You maintain contact with customers and suppliers and build sustainable relationships

Requirement profile:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship, a degree or a comparable foundation
• Do you already have experience? Our client looks forward to your knowledge
• You like to approach people and enjoy contact with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces
• Ideally, you have good French skills
