Management of Sales Outlets Upper Valais (m/f/d) – Permanent Position – 100% – Brig, Visp, Naters

Your task:

You manage our three sales outlets in Upper Valais (Brig, Visp and Naters) and report to the two department heads of Sales and Gastronomy at the headquarters in Sitten. You work closely with the shop, restaurant and site managers: You monitor their results, challenge them and support them to further develop the performance of your network. In doing so, you remain close to the action yourself to create real proximity, to engage the teams and to understand the operational challenges.

Your main tasks:

• You are regularly present at all three locations and take on shifts in sales and gastronomy together with the teams;
• You support and challenge the shop, restaurant and site managers regarding their results and their operational leadership;
• You monitor the key performance indicators (turnover, turnover per hour worked, sales targets) and define corrective measures together with them;
• You ensure compliance with Zenhäusern standards (quality, hygiene, product presentation, customer experience, internal regulations) at all three locations;
• You control the deployment planning and the recording of working hours together with the site managers;
• You are the central contact person between the sales outlets in Upper Valais and the headquarters in Sitten;
• You assist in the organization of local events (markets, promotions).

What you bring with you:

• You have proven experience in sales, ideally in retail or the food sector;
• You bring sound leadership or coaching experience and know how to command respect while remaining close to the team;
• You speak perfect German and have very good French skills (exchange with the headquarters – at least level B2);
• You are confident in handling numbers and sales KPIs;
• You are demanding and result-oriented and at the same time have an open ear for the teams;
• You are organized, independent and value customer contact as much as leadership work;
• You are flexible for shifts on weekends and public holidays;
• You possess a vehicle and are willing to commute between the three locations.

Ta mission :

Tu es responsable de nos trois points de vente du Haut-Valais (Brigue, Viège et Naters) et tu es rattaché·e aux deux managers de département Vente et Restauration, au siège à Sion. Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les responsables magasin, restaurant et de site : tu suis leurs résultats, tu les challenges et tu les accompagnes pour faire progresser la performance de ton réseau. Tu restes toi-même actif·ve sur le terrain, afin d'assurer une véritable proximité, d'emmener les équipes avec toi et de comprendre les enjeux opérationnels.

Tes principales activités :

• Tu assures une présence régulière sur les trois sites et prends des créneaux de vente/restauration aux côtés des équipes ;
• Tu accompagnes et challenges les responsables magasin, restaurant et de site sur leurs résultats et leur gestion opérationnelle ;
• Tu suis les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d'affaires, rendement CA/heures travaillées, objectifs commerciaux) et définis avec eux les actions correctives ;
• Tu veilles au respect des standards Zenhäusern (qualité, hygiène, présentation des produits, expérience client, règlements internes) sur les trois sites ;
