For a maternity cover, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as soon as possible, who enjoys taking on responsibility together with the team.
As Department Head, you maintain an overview and work closely with the Area Manager. Together, you lead the employees and face the challenges of everyday nursing – always with a view to the needs of our residents.

YOUR TASKS

• You are co-responsible for the management and organization of the Niederbipp location with 36 beds and work closely with the Area Manager
• You provide support and orientation, ensure structure and lend a hand where your support is currently needed
• You actively participate in direct nursing and together with your team ensure a high quality of care and support in everyday life
• You always keep the needs and well-being of our residents in view and ensure together with your team that they feel well cared for, respected and safe

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in long-term care and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• As a leader, you know how to lead your team and provide orientation – even when it gets hectic
• You quickly find your way in new situations and structures, work independently and can quickly familiarize yourself with your tasks
• You remain solution-oriented and decisive even in challenging situations and maintain an overview
• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
