Type of work

• Recording and assessment of gardening work as a basis for preparing offers
• Planning and organization of the work arising on various mandates
• Mowing and maintenance of lawns and green spaces
• Pruning of hedges, shrubs and trees
• Area cleaning and leaf work
• Checking the equipment used regarding maintenance and operational readiness
• Professional contact with internal and external contact persons

Requirement profile

• Completed basic technical or manual training
• Further training in the field of facility management or building management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience as a caretaker
• Good knowledge in the field of HVAC
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• High service orientation and organizational talent
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good PC user skills
• Driver's license category B
• Place of residence in the Basel region or surroundings
