To complete our teams, we are looking for a Railway production manager Your main responsibilities As a Railway production manager, You carry out the administrative management tasks of Railway production, being responsible and guaranteeing compliance with regulations and safety In this capacity, you will be in charge of: Ensuring the continuous management of network access: Analyzing requests affecting operations by defining operational measures related to safety and transmitting them to the various impacted services in the form of DET, directives, OS, circulars, notices, etc. Leading the weekly coordination meetings for construction site monitoring Developing the network use concept, network access agreements and responses to requests for safety certificates for all ETF Maintaining network access documents (Networkstatement, infrastructure catalogue, RADN-) in connection with infrastructure and security services Managing path requests from feasibility to invoicing Collaborating on offers for special trips, by organizing service during events and works Carrying out the monitoring of training and authorizations for personnel Contributing to administrative and railway production management tasks: Planning special trains (e.g. in the Nets CFF system, e.g.: Flirt maintenance in Genève, vehicle repatriation, rental, works etc-) Planning and updating annual, sub-annual and daily timetable documents (works with tabular updates, TS, marches, snow organization, etc.) Ordering paths for the annual timetable in the Nets (CFF) system Preparing statistical data for the RAP-OP meeting Performing duty rotations at CGT Ensuring the role of SMI relay for railway production (Optimiso/therefore management) Your profile and technical skills - Basic training of CFC type or equivalent - Movement agent training or significant experience in the railway environment in a similar function - Excellent knowledge of train traffic regulations - Knowledge of the German language is a plus - Good command of IT tools You are ready to take on this challenge?
