As a vehicle expert for Tecconet GmbH, you work exclusively for our customer XpertCenter AG, a company of the Mobiliar group. You assess and create neutral repair calculations for motor vehicles as well as value calculations.

What you do

You use LiveExpert for real-time video expertise; in addition, you create repair calculations based on photos and documentation using digital tools. You also assess submitted estimates and repair invoices.

With a healthy portion of service orientation, you communicate with customers, repairers, and clients.

You provide valuable support in residual value management.

What you bring

• Completed basic training as a Carrosseriespengler:in, Carrosserielackierer:in or Automechatroniker:in with experience
• Several years of experience in customer service and strong knowledge of the Office palette
• Knowledge of calculation systems such as Silver DAT or Audatex
• Independent, decisive, and flexible way of working
• Customer-oriented and strong-negotiating personality
• Enjoyment of digital challenges and their further development
• German as a native language and, advantageously (not mandatory), good oral French skills
