To strengthen our organization, we are looking for an engaged, independent, and trustworthy personality as

HR Manager 50-60% (m/f/d)

per immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile function, you are the central contact person for our employees and managers and manage the essential HR topics within our corporate group. In doing so, you work closely with the management teams as well as our accounting department.

Your main tasks include:

• Advising and supporting employees as well as managers in all HR matters
• Organization and coordination of the entire recruitment process
• Conducting and accompanying job interviews and onboarding
• Accompanying probationary period, employee, conflict, and exit interviews
• Responsibility for operational absence and case management
• Accompanying long-term absences and reintegrations
• Advising and supporting on labor law issues
• Creation of work certificates
• Support in personnel development, further training, and succession planning
• Creation of HR key figures, statistics, and evaluations
• Participation in HR projects, process optimizations, and employer branding measures
• Support during audits as well as the further development of our HR processes and systems
• Close cooperation with the accounting department in the areas of personnel administration, payroll, and social insurance

Our requirements:

• Completed basic commercial training or comparable training
• Further training as an HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann with federal diploma or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in a wide-ranging HR function
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Experience in advising and supporting employees and managers
• Experience in recruiting and in accompanying demanding personnel situations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and advisory competence
• Confident handling of HR systems and common MS Office applications
• Proficient German in speech and writing
