For the AVS/AI supplementary benefits team, we are looking for a service-oriented person starting 1 January 2027 or by agreement as a

YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE :

• Processing AVS/AI supplementary benefit requests
• Clarifying complex financial and social insurance law questions
• Maintaining telephone and personal contact with clients
• Guaranteeing competent information and advice
• Invoicing sickness and disability costs
• Periodically monitoring ongoing benefit cases

YOUR PROFILE PERFECTLY MATCHES IF YOU :

• possess commercial training with professional experience and continuing education in the field of AVS/AI supplementary benefits
• have knowledge in specialized legal and financial areas and the ability to convey facts in a manner adapted to the recipient
• act with your professional and social skills and contribute confidently to a positive team spirit even in demanding situations
• have user knowledge of Word/Excel and ideally are also familiar with the specialized application « ZLPro »
