In order to strengthen our sales team in Brügg (BE), we are looking for: Your main tasks: Technical advice and sale of our products Establishment and processing of inquiries and orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Calculation, establishment and follow-up of offers as well as clarification of technical and commercial aspects Administrative and organizational support to the external sales department Coordination and follow-up with purchasing, stock, suppliers and various internal interlocutors. Participation in the development and optimization of sales processes as well as in digitalization projects Contribution to professional customer follow-up and the development of lasting customer relationships Your profile: Completed professional training as a commercial employee CFC or technical training (mediamatician, media/advertising technology technologist or plastics technology technologist) Experience in internal sales, customer service or in a similar function Good technical knowledge and interest in plastic products, industrial applications and visual communication Sense of organization, precision and an efficient and responsible way of working Autonomous personality, stress-resistant, oriented towards teamwork and demonstrating dynamism Ease in contact with customers and motivation to propose solutions adapted to their needs.
