Share What awaits you? ## • You conduct telephone and written exchanges with authorities, insurance companies, and other banks • You create real estate valuations using the bank's own valuation tool Wüest Dimensions • You assess and approve loan applications within the assigned competencies in private and corporate banking • When processing loan applications from corporate and private customers, you undertake the following tasks: recording and checking data entry, creating loan templates as well as contract documents, opening the necessary accounts, timely disbursement and redemption, filing of fully processed loan dossiers, settlement and repayment of loan positions • You manage the loan positions, process monitoring pending items, and prepare the new approvals of business, you record data for balance sheet analyses, process construction loans, and manage mortgage master data • Regarding legal, technical, and business administration fundamentals, you keep yourself up to date, know the valid regulations of the bank, and can apply them correctly • You identify credit risks and point out alternative solution approaches which you can represent and enforce. What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking apprenticeship with several years of practical experience • Experience in real estate valuation (Wüest Dimensions) • Independent and structured way of working with a strong ability to prioritize • Fast comprehension, high willingness to learn, as well as networked analytical thinking • Solution-oriented and responsible action • Good knowledge in the handling and application of regulatory requirements • Joy and interest in administrative work and the credit system • Exemplary commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
