You actively work in the workshop and roll up your sleeves where your support is needed. You ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth processes. You support demanding diagnoses and technical questions. You promote employees and apprentices and develop your team further. You work closely with customer service, parts distribution, and manufacturer support. You contribute ideas and actively help shape processes.
