What awaits you? ##

During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations:

• Receiving and directing bank customers
• Advising bank customers
• Supporting bank customers via digital channels
• Assisting in customer consulting
• Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions

In addition, during your training, you will gain initial experience in the areas of:

• Marketing
• Finance / HR
• Project management

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either as EFZ extended basic education or with Berufsmaturität.

What do you bring with you? ##

Schooling:

• Completed primary/secondary level at the highest school level with good grades
• Very good German skills, fluent orally & in writing
• Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages
• With Berufsmaturität: Very good performance at the highest school level, passed entrance exam (March 2027)
