Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will receive insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers via digital channels • Assisting in customer consultation • Administratively pre-processing and post-processing banking transactions • Collaboration on projects and organization of events such as trial days • Insight into marketing In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the apprenticeship with us either as EFZ (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) or with Berufsmaturität. The industry subject lessons take place at CYP in Root and the vocational school in Luzern.
