Team Leadership Technical Service and Properties 80-100% The Stiftung Villa supports around 100 young people and adults with behavioral difficulties and/or mental disabilities in their school, professional and social development, in order to enable them to lead an independent and self-responsible life. Our range of services includes the three areas of school, vocational training & work, and housing. The Technical Service teaching operation is one of six teaching operations. We are looking for a technically competent and committed person as Head of Technical Service and Properties (80%-100%) as of August 1st or by agreement. What tasks await you You are responsible for the technical, organizational and personnel management of 2 specialists and the maintenance of our properties. You bear the main responsibility for the educational and technical training of several learners with a disability and ensure the necessary correspondence. You ensure the implementation of internal service orders in the area of building maintenance and repair, and work operationally with the team as needed. You are responsible as Safety Officer (KOPAS) for compliance with and coordination of safety and fire protection regulations for the entire foundation. What sets you apart You have completed training as a specialist in plant maintenance EFZ or janitor with a federal certificate of proficiency, preferably a certified housekeeper HFP or equivalent training. You have several years of experience in project management in the field of facility management and personnel management. You are familiar with the promotion/development processes. You have high social skills and your communication is clear and respectful. Your work attitude is characterized by a sense of responsibility and service orientation, and you also organize and structure your daily work independently. Your networked thinking helps you to recognize complex relationships, and you are familiar with Microsoft365, ABACUS, and software in the field of facility management. You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking and hold a category B driver's license.
