Project Manager Facility Management | 100% # Ref-Nr. 8093 Work location: Solothurn , Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Independent management of projects in the area of Facility Management while complying with cost, schedule, and quality specifications • Planning and realization of building technology system replacement and modernization projects • Evaluation, procurement, and introduction of new technical systems in close cooperation with procurement • Development and implementation of technical optimizations to increase efficiency, availability, and sustainability • Coordination of specialist planners as well as support of GU- and TU-mandates during all project phases • Cooperation with various internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers Your profile ### • Completed basic technical training, ideally in the field of building technology, HLKKSE or a comparable specialty • Further training in the field of project management is an advantage • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing technical projects, preferably in the field of Facility Management or in an industrial environment • Strong communication skills, technical understanding as well as an affinity for numbers and cost control • SAP knowledge is an advantage • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (C1), English skills are an advantage
