Specialist Education and Innovation (80-100 %)

Your role

• You support various expert committees and innovation projects in the areas of research, consulting and production, which help shape the future development of Swiss fruit production.
• You are responsible for ensuring the education and further training of fruit specialists.
• You accompany and coordinate the Suisse Garantie brand, the industry solution Sustainability Fruit and the SwissGAP standard for the association.
• You represent the Schweizer Obstverband in external committees and build sustainable networks.
• You take responsibility for the organization and administration of your area of responsibility.

You bring with you

• an agronomic education, e.g. BSc Agronomy, Agro-Technician HF or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• interest in agricultural topics, education, innovation and Swiss fruits
• a proactive, structured, reliable and exact way of working
• service orientation and joy in cooperation and exchange
• organizational skill and initiative
• German or French native language with very good knowledge of the respective other language
