Monitoring and maintenance of all technical systems, buildings (incl. senior apartments Platten and Dollikon)
Support in the coordination of assignments from third-party companies for maintenance, garden, and repair work
Care and maintenance of the extensive green areas
Execution of maintenance and repair work
What distinguishes you
Respect, reliability, and a pinch of humor
Completed training as a caretaker (Hauswart/-in)
Vocational trainer certificate is an advantage
Valid driving license Cat. B
Very good German and MS Office skills
Willingness for individual on-call assignments also in the evenings, on weekends / holidays
