Job Description

Your main mission will be to ensure the robustness, functionality, and sustainability of components and assembly processes, while supporting the production and development of new products or processes.

• Guarantee the robustness and functionality of our components according to different assembly processes (automatic and manual)
• Provide manufacturing ranges and machine programs for new products and series life
• Provide the various reference states and formalize know-how
• Ensure technical support to production teams
• Participate in the professional strategy as well as its implementation in production
• Participate in the continuous improvement strategy
• Participate in the acquisition of new processes

Profile Sought
-----------------

• Swiss HES Engineer training or ES Technician diploma in microtechnique, micromécanique, automation or industrial systems
• Multi-skill competencies in mechanics, automation, programming, vision, parameter setting of necessary special machines
• Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes is an asset
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving malfunctions of special machines is appreciated
• Knowledge of industrial and/or watchmaking manufacturing methods is an asset
• Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions and taste for the field
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders and aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams
• Team spirit and interpersonal ease
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity
