It offers specialized support to any person facing addictive behavior (with or without substance), as well as to their loved ones. It is composed of five counseling and support centers, a day center, three residential centers, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualized approach constructed with each and every one. *In view of the change of function of the current holder, we are looking for our future* Head of Outpatient Department 90% - 100% Your responsibility: You assume the strategic and operational responsibility for the entire outpatient department (counseling and support centers, Ardon day center, socio-educational follow-up at home). To this end, you: • Guarantee the consistency, quality, and evolution of outpatient services, relying on internal data, current knowledge of the field of addictions, and feedback from the network. • Exercise leadership in line with institutional values towards approximately 45 collaborators and 6 local managers, by setting a clear and supportive framework. • Promote the teams' adherence to institutional orientations while stimulating professional reflexivity and the evolution of practices. • Analyze emerging needs and formulate structuring proposals for the development of services. • Represent the outpatient department in coordination bodies and with partners of the socio-sanitary network. Yourself: You possess strong professional legitimacy. You hold: • A university or HES degree in health, psychology, social work, or a related field. • A recognized specialization in the field of addictions (CAS in addictions). • Advanced training in management (DAS or equivalent). You justify: • Significant field experience in the field of addictions or mental health. • Confirmed experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. • An excellent knowledge of the socio-sanitary environment and its collaboration logics. • Proven experience in project management. • A good level of the German language. You demonstrate: • An ability to think about complexity, to decide, and to take clear positions. • An aptitude to question existing practices and to drive evolutions. • A leadership posture based on trust and responsibility.
