WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT
1st Year of Apprenticeship
You will participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from Switzerland.
You will get to know the routines in the branch.
You will be supported in vocational school and in shining during sales conversations with customers.

2nd Year of Apprenticeship
You will receive responsibility for certain tasks in the branch.
You will become a sales professional with the support of your vocational trainer.
You will be trained in ordering goods and warehouse management and will help with promotions and seasonal placements.

3rd Year of Apprenticeship
You will be specifically prepared for your final examination in a two-day seminar so that you can master it with flying colors.
You will receive valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
In the third year of apprenticeship, you will take on a central role in the branch and can already carry responsibility for your own department.
