October 2026 or by arrangement Job description Kita Yara is a specialized daycare center for preschool children with chronic illnesses and disabilities. It combines pedagogical and nursing expertise into a holistic offering that strengthens children in their development and provides sustainable relief for families.   In collaboration with kispex Kinder-Spitex Kanton Zürich, the Yara Foundation opened its new Kita in the city of Zürich in mid-March 2026. Since the opening, we have been allowed to grow and accompany many families. To expand our team, we are now looking for a committed Fachperson Betreuung (specialist in care) who will strengthen our team with heart, professional competence, and joy in pedagogical work. Your tasks You care for, accompany, and promote children with a chronic illness and disability from the age of six months until they start school. You support the children in their development and in achieving their developmental goals. You work in an interprofessional team together with employees from kispex and, under guidance, undertake demanding nursing tasks.
