Service Employee (a) 40% at Negishi Archhöfe in Winterthur Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was brought to life in 2006 and has since earned a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment in the City Mall Archhöfe in Winterthur offers 120 seats in the indoor area, some of them in the style of a Washitsu, a traditional Japanese room, as well as a further 60 seats in the outdoor area.
