Our client is an international pharmaceutical company in the agglomeration of Aargau. Its core business consists of the development, approval and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products, medical devices and diagnostics. To support the team, they are looking for a QA Manager 80-100% ====================== Tasks: • Coordination of quality-related relationships with service partners and subsidiaries (deviations, complaints, change management, quality agreements) • Review, evaluation and approval of related quality events (deviations, change management, complaints) • Planning and execution of internal self-inspections and external audits (e.g. distribution partners, subsidiaries, service providers) • Updating and controlling the qualification of suppliers/distribution partners/transport companies/customers (CH) • Management of quality agreements • Conducting GxP, system and process training as well as supporting all departments on GxP topics • Review and update of QMS documentation (SOP, guidelines, work instructions etc.) • Continuous improvement of quality-related processes • Monitoring, establishment and revision of procedures with regard to compliance with Eudralex Volume 4 and guidelines on the principles of good distribution practice (2013/C 343/01, 2015/C 95/01) as well as corresponding national and international requirements • Tracking new regulatory guidelines and implementation together with the QA team Requirements: • University degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry, biology or equivalent • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GMP/GDP/QA, particularly in handling complaints and GDP-related topics (e.g. transport or temperature deviations, quality agreements) What our client offers: • A great opportunity to work in a diverse environment where you can develop your existing skills and learn new ones • A good working environment where you can directly influence the business.
