As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with experience in the dementia field, you will take on a responsible specialist function with a lot of creative freedom and direct influence on the quality of care in an established nursing institution in the Baden area. You will professionally and empathically accompany residents with dementia diseases in everyday life, strengthen your team professionally, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of modern nursing concepts. What awaits you in this responsible task • Professional guidance and care of residents with dementia diseases in long-term care daily life • Support and promotion of the team regarding professional questions in the field of dementia care • Participation in the further development of modern nursing concepts and quality standards • Active guidance and implementation of change processes within the nursing organization • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as relatives • Collaboration in an environment with high professional competence and an appreciative team culture What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
