Job Description

For our Digital IT Brand team, we are looking for our future intern for a duration of 6 months starting from February 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the development and improvement of the digital experiences offered to our clients.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Product Owner, development teams, web agencies as well as the Marketing, Brand and Retail teams in order to identify, analyze and formalize business needs
• Contributing to the writing of user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria related to our websites and digital journeys
• Participating in discovery workshops, functional acceptance testing (UAT) phases as well as the monitoring of evolutions until their production release
• Contributing to strategic digital projects and the continuous improvement of our web platforms within an agile environment

Qualifications

• You hold or are currently obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis or management
• You have a strong interest in digital, web platforms and user experience, as well as solid analytical and synthesis skills
• You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, both business and technical, in an international environment
• Curious, proactive and endowed with a good team spirit, you like to learn, understand user needs and contribute to the search for concrete solutions
• You perfectly master French and have a minimum B2 in English
