The legal department of SRG guides the company and its employees safely through the body of laws and regulations and ensures the legal integrity of the company.

This is your contribution ####

In the legal department, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Advising editorial departments on media law issues
• Drafting statements for the Independent Complaint Body for Radio and Television and the Press Council
• Accompanying proceedings within the framework of the Federal Act on Freedom of Information
• Processing the company's legal disputes, if necessary in coordination with external contractors
• Accompanying company technology projects that require the processing of personal data
• Drafting contracts, legal opinions, internal notes and other documents in connection with the relevant business areas

• You hold a bar admission and have at least two years of experience in a company or a law firm in the above-mentioned legal areas.
• Native French speaker, very good written and spoken German skills, Italian and English skills are an advantage.
• You are open-minded, dynamic and resilient, have strong communication skills and can deal effortlessly with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• You work pragmatically and solution-oriented, possess analytical, editorial and conceptual skills and negotiate skillfully and purposefully.
• You are a team player, value a cooperative and interdisciplinary way of working and are interested in the various linguistic regions of Switzerland.
