Job Description ##

You are interested in team management, are sensitive to the issues in the field of special education, and wish to provide your help to children and young people in difficulty within the Vaud training system. Join us to strengthen our team in Coppet and Crassier!

Responsibilities ##

• Ensure responsibility for a team, develop the skills of employees, and promote the multidisciplinary work of the team. Participate in the steering of the region and ensure decisions are implemented.
• Support the school's training mission by providing specific skills and knowledge within the establishment. Provide specific help to school-aged children and adolescents experiencing emotional, relational, learning, behavioral, or integration difficulties in order to promote their social, academic, and professional development and integration.
• Collaborate with parents, school stakeholders, and other involved actors and provide specific knowledge in the fields of relationships, learning, behavior, or development to allow for actions or adjustments to the school context for the benefit of the child or the group of children in difficulty.

Qualifications ##

• Master's degree in psychology and postgraduate degree in psychology required (specialization in child and adolescent, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or neuropsychology).
• Certified additional training in psychology (min. 15 ECTS credits) or non-certified additional training in the relevant field (of an extent equivalent to the certifying training) and validated by the service or title of training in a related field (teaching, psychology, sociology, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work. Team management training desired.
