For our Mobile Care Unit, OSAD Soins Mobiles-Les Toises; we are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to intervene at home in the Chablais valaisan and vaudois region, as soon as possible. Role description: In collaboration with the care team, you ensure: The realization of basic and personalized care for patients, respecting their needs and promoting their autonomy Accompanying services, including help with household tasks and support in daily life activities The transmission of relevant information and observations concerning patients to the referring nurse and the care team, in order to guarantee quality care and optimal follow-up Your profile: A first experience in mobile care would be an asset Mastery of the French language both spoken and written Empathetic, respectful, and poised personality, with a good sense of organization and adaptability.
