Responsibilities
As Administrative and Accounting Manager, your main missions will include:
Supervising and managing daily accounting operations.
Coordinating tasks with your assistants and junior accountants.
Ensuring the monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Managing relations with external partners (banks, fiduciary companies, etc.).
Supervising administrative processes and ensuring their compliance with current regulations.
Collaborating with other departments to optimize internal processes.
Organizing the calculation of salaries and social benefits
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate possessing the following qualifications:
Degree in accounting, finance or business management (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in Switzerland.
Excellent mastery of IT tools, notably accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards.
Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
