LANDI Région Neuchâtel SA supports - in mutual agreement with fenaco - female and male farmers in the economic development of their business. It is active at the sites of Bevaix/Saint-Aubin, Cornaux, Crêt-du-Locle and Môtiers. It carries out agricultural trade activities, operates LANDI and TopShop stores and ensures the sale of fuels through its AGROLA service station.

For the Môtiers store, we are looking for a green sector manager immediately or by arrangement. During the period of works at the Môtiers site and until the reopening in early 2027, the workplace is Cornaux.

Green sector manager (f/m/d)

Exciting tasks

• Welcome, advice and sales focused on customer satisfaction
• Management of the green sector including: outdoor and indoor plants, the nursery, phytosanitary products, garden items (sheds and furniture, pots, garden tools and machines, watering items, etc.)
• Ordering, setting up, maintenance, watering and presentation of goods
• Planning of seasonal themes
• Processing sales payments.

The profile sought

• CFC as a horticulturist, landscaper or florist
• Proven experience in sales in a similar field of activity
• Good knowledge of plants and phytosanitary products
• Strong interest in customer advice
• Good physical condition
• Forklift license and driver's license, assets
• Dynamism and sense of organization
• Versatility for replacements within the team.
