What you can achieve with us ###

• Advise executive management and specialist departments on legal and regulatory issues
• Be responsible for the legal topics of the Eniwa Gruppe and accompany new specifications
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, GTC and EWC
• Legally accompany procurements, tenders, and projects
• Be responsible for and further develop compliance and data protection
• Coordinate external legal advice and conduct internal training
• Professionally and personally lead three employees in the legal department

What distinguishes you ###

• Law degree (lic. iur. or MLaw) at a Swiss university; attorney patent an advantage
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Sound know-how in contract, procurement, and data protection law
• Knowledge of the energy industry an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of business requirements
• Pragmatic, efficient, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
